Default How to fully justify text

First of all, please forgive any ignorance. Very new to this web design biz and all self taught. Actually most of what I've learnt I've learnt today.

Please see this image of where I'm upto with my email newsletter.

I want the text in the white box to fill the table. The white box underneath is an image that I have placed in a cell in my table. I then cut the image and altered the td tags for the cell as per this video.

The next is nicely centered but I'd also like it be fully justified.

How do I do this? Do I need to add another rule or.?

Help appreciated. A noob but learning very quickly. Thanks

Only you have to choose justify text or full alignment text.
