Default Resizing a liquid grid layout

Hi guys,

I have a design in DW CS6 LGL that the customer now wants me to resize the TABLET & DESKTOP "grid container". I've never had reason to do that before (and shouldn't have to now) and am not sure how. Do I just go into the controlling DIV and reduce the percentage there?

Can I successfully do and not affect the mobile grid?

I'll shut-up and listen now.

Well if it's a liquid layout then the container div should already have a width set as a percentage. Just try shrinking the browser window and see if the website scales.

If it does you then need to set media queries to control what happens when the screen gets to certain sizes.

This is just the basics of Responsive Web Design.

Do some research, a good place to start is the book that started it all.
