Default Wordpress / Local Host / Novice

Hi All.

Is it possible to use Dreamweaver to view and work on a Wordpress Template offline? I basically want to just add some design to an existing WP Theme (not needing to alter the theme) as a test and show my friend how it would look. The idea is for him to then swap it out later

Yes of course it is. You need to create a local development environment this lets you serve the php files and the database.

Lynda.com have a few courses to show you how to do this or have a look on YouTube.

If you're struggling to find come back and I'll record a video for you.
