Default Changing code on templates

I'm building my first custom website with dreamweaver and when we were trying to post, there were spelling errors with the domain name so I had to change it in the template and when I did that, all of the pages that I used for the template for had no CSS and a lot of the text was missing and I'm not able to edit a lot of the code on the website because it's grayed-out. Can anyone help me with this problem?

I never use templates from dreamweaver but you can always open them in a text editor and make your changes there
