Default Blob

Hi Guys
I have an idea to create a page on my website where you can upload up to five images so I can edit these images on my own computer and then send them back via email. I followed a tutorial on PHP storing images in a database (BLOB data Type). The images do upload to my database as I can see a list that has the id name and under image BLOB and size. Now I need to be able to download these images to my hard drive but I canít find a way of how to do this? Have I completely done this wrong or is there a way to see these images stored?
