Bottom-page cut off -- Help?

I'm absolutely positive this is not too un-common but I couldn't find the same problem anywhere else. My problem is that I've added two photos to my webpage but it just won't scroll down anymore. It stops half-way through my pictures. It looks like the pictures are hiding beneath the video ... ?

The background is static, I haven't pre-set any heights or anything for my div tags. I'm ... I dunno. Growing a little frustrated to say the least
