Default Excessive Spamming - Advice?

Hi Guys

One of my clients is running a blog on one of my servers and its getting spammed left right and center. It looking like 1000 comments a day. Its starting to eat into the bandwidth of the account.

Am i within my rights to switch is account off if he doesn't start to administrate his Blog?

i think you would be on shaky ground, depends on the terms you laid out when you sold him the hosting, you allotted him bandwidth so its his responsibility i would say. if it exceeds you could perhaps suspend it or make sure excess bandwidth is a prohibitive price.
were it a security risk you might have more weight behind you but in this case i would try contacting and offering advice, perhaps pointing out that if he gets enough spam google will/might do nasty things to him
