Default Div will not line up.

Guys, I have been trying to line up a div and can't seem to get it. I'm working on a website for a client and I have set up a div at the bottom, right before the footer called "skyline". In that div I included a div for a banner called "sky-banner" and set up the css rule to position it. My problem is that div will not obey it's rule and it gets stuck flushed with "skyline". While viewing in DW, it looks perfect but not on a browser. Can someone please tell me what I'm not seeing. Thanks. Here's the link: http://starionmedia.com/spanglish/ Thanks

This is called "margin collapse"

Adding a 1px border or 1px of padding to the top of #skyline will prevent the collapse. I believe you can also fix it by adding display:inline-block to the #skyline rule.
If my answer helped, check out DWcourse.com for Dreamweaver tips and tutorials.
