Default Save for web CS4. HELP!!!

Hi,

I haven't been doing this for long so I'm sure it's simple.

In Photoshop CS4 when I go to 'save for web' I have an error come up which tells me 'The operation could not be completed'. Without save for web I can't do anything, not properly anyway. ANY IDEAS?

Moved to Photoshop board

Did you re-install Photoshop and do you get then the same error?

i had this happen a couple of times, it seems to be a memory problem as i had too many files open and it was fine when i closed them. Is the file your trying to save as web very large in its original form?
