Default Westminster Abbey

Guys this one's for the gang up north:
T, et al, does anyone know the rules on attending mass in Westminster Abbey? As in for foreigners/tourists... My wife will be there again for the BETT show this Jan. and would like to attend. Website says show up early. Anyone a clue on around how early prior to service to ensure a pew seat for a Sunday morning service?
Cheers

Trying more to get a read on what the crowds are like on a non-descript Sunday morning. Attendence is free, but I get the impression getting a seat might be a tad tricky...

Sorry mate, absolutely no idea. Was probably 8 years old last time I went to WA and then it was probably on a Thursday or something.
