Default Dreamweaver Menu Link

I am trying to create a website through a template that I found online. My question is, when I click on a menu on top of the site, I want to keep the same design as in the homepage. For example, I want to click on "About us" on the menu tab on top, and then I should be able to go there, and my background and everything should be the same. How do I do that?
Thanks in advance.

By creating all your other pages using the same stylesheet and HTML structure. In other words save your 'home page' as 'about us' and then link to it in the menu bar.
