Default Odd signs on my DW site layout!

Hello. Please help if anyone have seen a yellow triangle, a red/green arrow clrcle and a display unit (I think it is) on a site layout. I have never seen this before!!
I am using OS 10.6.8, Adobe CS 5.5. and use Image Show Pro for the image on the site. There is a problem showing the image in preview in Safari. (dimmed) But OK when previewed in Firefox
Would be pleased if an expert would help me. Thank You very much

Hello Dave and thank you for your reply. In the meantime I have removed the image, all the codes from Image Show Pro etc. - still the same icon on the screen as you can notice here
Best wishes
Erik

That icon should mean that an image placed as a Smart Object from Photoshop has been updated in Photoshop and should be updated on your page. However, I've found it popping up on other images in DW CS5.5 where it shouldn't be.

Thanks to Dave and the Colonel for quick replies. As I have removed all the images I canīt see why the icons should remain. But I think I have to built up a brand new site.....sorry
Best regards
Erik
