Default Flash Navigation Bar

Hey guys. I've just started using Dreamweaver to create a website. I included a navigation bar that i created from scratch in Adobe Flash CS5.5. I have imported the file to my website in dreamweaver but when i try to preview the file in a browser like chrome i get this output:

Any idea what is causing this problem? The .swf file runs fine when i preview it in dreamweaver itself( The Play option).

do you have a link? also have you made sure the file path for the .swf is not pointing to your C drive?

I would move away from Flash as its not compatiable with iPhones and Ipads. I would recommend JQuery or CSS to do your navigation bar. You can get the same effects

Have you checked you're not A) linking to a local file (as ccfx said) or B) you're not linking to the .fla file?

When you publish your flash file to swf you can alos create a HTML page automatically. This will give you the code you need to embed the menu.

All that said... just use javascript
