Default White Bar Outside Layout??

In dreamweaver it looks okay. But when it is uploaded the white strip is outside the layout. How do I fix this?? Please see the Desktop.zip. 01.jpg is the correct way I want it, but when uploaded it is the Untitled01.jpg.

Don't use tables to lay out web pages.

I don't know any other way. Can someone just fix my code, if you see the error. Thanks.

There are unclosed title tags, tables nested inside table cells, superfluous non-breaking spaces all over the shop, you are using deprecated attributes such as td height. If you learned CSS then you'd have none of these issues... Where would you like us to start?
