Default Where is the best place to learn Dreamweaver?

It needs to be Youtube as i can get easy support and i can work better from it!
I am making a site in PHP by tutorials but i need to know how i can design a site.
How do i do this?
I don't care what language it is to design i just want to learn.
For example i have a flash header and i have not the slightest clue about how to dock it to the top of the page.
Thanks!

Well... you certainly won't find it there.

They call it HTML & CSS.

w3schools is a good place to start with.

And for all your dreamweaver questions you can ask here.

You also might want to start by learning to build pages with HTML and CSS before you tackle php.
