Default registering name and webspace

hi everyone
possibly a pretty dumb question but im not sure what to do. I'm doing up a site for a company who are wanting me to organise the domain name and hosting for them.
Ive found a site and was wondering when entering in all the registration details (name adress ABN blah blah) should i use the company's details or my own? Again, this may seem pretty obvious but i thought id just check anyways,
thanks

We register the domain name to the client. Not sure if that is good practice or not but transferring them can get messy.

I register to the client and also the hosting package to save me from two more headaches or frustrations....just in case.

That sounds like the 'stress-free' way to go
