Default Problems when exporting text???

Hi im a newbie and have a good grasp of Fireworks except that with my current PNG the text does not stay in the position i set it pre exporting as css & image. You can download the PNG here:

I made a basic test where the text was in line but taking my efforts back to the main file i cant work out why this isnt working properly.

Any help is appreciated guys. Cheers

ive worked it out finally using invisible vector boxes to act as divs telling Fireworks to make that the position... though my problem now is that text box is squashed, making all 5 rows of text merge into 2 lines???

you need to build your layout in DW (or hand code it) and then drop in the exported images from FW.

sorry Dave but thats bad advice im afraid...

I got it all working just fine by using <p> as the text box title in fireworks, letting the program know that this was my body text on the CSS export. Fireworks is a pretty powerful tool for making sites pre Dreamweaver and this task is one of them.

I think Dave gave you the best advice on this topic, but can you post the code that Fireworks generate from your design, so that we can judge ourselves if Fireworks can code a semantic, clean and standard compliant web page?
