Default What is this called?

Guys

If you look at the right of this page; http://www.ulstergrocer.com/ you'll see the recent news/recent features tabbed box. They are everywhere in magazine style layouts. Any idea if they have a 'technical' name that I can google to find some examples?

Cheers

I don't know, but perhaps CSS tabbed panels. I know 'Evil' Spry has one, but I'm sure it can be done with only CSS.

Yes, was just sat here thinking that. There must be pure CSS examples. Will go and fire up Google.

Wow so just to add some tabs I need to get jQuery UI which is

16.8k in customised jquery UI downloads (Core+Widget+Tab) and about 48K for UI theme (images + css)

where about 10 lines of js + some 30 lines of css would have sufficed.

I actually went with this; http://www.cssnewbie.com/build-a-tab...ss-and-jquery/ in the end. Running on JQuery min. Seems to work well

I always like it when someone takes the time to post the solution they ended up using.

You're right! I didn't look well enough to see that you needed for that one two extra js files (ui core and ui tabs).
It was a quick google search of me and I posted it directly here on the forum.
