Default multiple sites

I am not sure how to ask this, but....I would like to know how to download an existing site to my computer and then be able to modify pages and upload back to the site. I have one domain, but this would be an independent site that I have been asked to manage, basically how do I ad existing sites to my already in use dreamweaver program. Thanks so much for your help.

Are you asking how to steal someone else's design?

All the front end code is already in your browser. Is that what you mean?
All browsers have a view source function.
