Looking for Web Designer[template]

I am in need of a website designer to design a template for a Social Networking site that is in the works, due to lack of something called Money I am unable to pay for this service but can offer Ad space on the site once it is completed an running on a full domain service. This job is volunteer basis only so you are not required to stay or help with anything else once you have finished the template.

---Requirements---
18 years of age or older(US only)
2-3 years with photoshop or tech similar
Willing to sign a electronic NDA(non-discloser agreement)

Again due to lack of money for the operation we are unable to pay a direct fee but we are offering ad space on the site(bottom or top location with schedule)
