Question Make template fit any browser??

Ok I created templae in PS. 1000x1000. Import it into dreamweaver and need to know how to fit it for any browser size?

You need to look at 'liquid' CSS layouts - first step is to look at a 'wrapper', there is a tutorial on this site in the tutorials section.

If you've designed it 1000px wide then that's what size it will be. Can we see the design as a .jpg? There may be ways you can cut it cleverly to allow some stretching/shrinking.

If you have an image that is 1000px wide and has no repeated sections (ie; a photograph) then you are stuck at 1000px wide. The way the site will work needs to be considered when designing it...
