Default Use SMF!

It has tons of mods, really secure, free, does same things as vBulletin, and tons of themes!

I use it: (http://forum.kcmartz.com)

This is not the first forum software we've used. After careful consideration, a commercial, supported and secure forum was the the only option after repeating security holes in free software.

I helped manage a forum for a while and I was glad we chose VBulletin. It's worth the cost to get the support and timely updates. The one thing I wish we had avoided was customizing and using a lot of plugins. They made dealing with the updates more of a problem. Definitely stick with VB!

We have a 'Church' that is 12inches short of a Cathedral. For some reason it recently became known as a Minster. Don't know what that means... we also have a Uni.

In answer to your question, we're a big town (who just hired a dubious mayor)
