Default Working with Spry Tabbed panels

I included a Spry Tabbed Panel in my website, but upon viewing in browser the panel does not work? Any ideas? all i get is the info on both tabs. This is all In get:
  • Tab 1
  • Tab 2

I saved it in my root folder, I have not uploaded to server yet. All I did was view in browser. Any suggestions? Thanks.

in IE all tabs are merged into one. In Firefox it works perfect.
