Default How to create this style of gallery?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone knew what direction to point me in order to learn about how to incorporate into my sites those photo galleries that when you click on the photo the main site goes dark and the image enlarges onto the middle of the screen with a white border. Kind of looks like a polaroid. Here's an example but with a curved frame.

http://www.sitesnstores.com.au/onlin...e-examples.php

now just by looking at the url I'm assuming it Php thats used to do this? Can anyone confirm that?

Many thanks

Chode

Check out Thickbox as well. Another jQuery plugin.
