Default open blank resized window too big in firefox?

Hello Everyone,

I'm working on my website, and have decided that I'd like all thumbnails to link to a blank page with the window sized around the image.

here is a link

http://colorblinddesigner.com/printdesign.html

when clicking on a thumbnail, the image opens, and there is a decent amount of extra padding on the bottom and right sides of the browser.

The image is placed in it's own html file, with borders set to 0m and then linked via javascript. I set the window size to be the exact size of the image.

This does not happen in safari. I am not able to check in internet explorer, as my current version is 5, and my website does not work with IE 5.

Does anyone have experience with this issue?

I'm starting to pull my hairs out!

Thank you

Looks nice, I think all you have to do is set the img in the pop up to be block element. Inline elements have default space like text.

hmmm I gave it a shot on one of the tabs, and it still doesn't seem to be working.

could this be an issue local to my firefox? I feel like if I size a window to a specific size, it shouldn't matter what size the image in that html file should be.

does this make sense? I attempted the block element on the "365brewing" tab.

thank you for the compliment by the way

You must have done something wrong then. If there's no margins on the body and img, and the img is a block element, there are no spaces.

ahh! I gotcha now...on the image tag I did not set margins to 0...I only set it as a block element.

thank you so much

No problem Jonny, hey did you mean for the page to be that long? You can just remove the height property from #left to fix it.

so I thought I did get the sized windows to work..but as I was double checking everything I noticed they do not!

I'm a bit perplexed now...here is the css style sheet and html for the page if it helps

CSS STYLE(fullsize.css)

@charset "UTF-8";
body {
margin: 0px;
padding: 0px;
}
#image {
display: block;
margin: 0px;
padding: 0px;
}

html file

<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
<title>Boston Flower Show Full</title>

<link href="fullsize.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
</head>

<body>
<div id="image"><img src="../Images/fullsize/print/flowershowfull.jpg" /></div>
</body>
</html>

Remove the div from around the image, it's redundant. and add the styles directly to the img.
