Default How to switch off javascript??

OK, working on a mock up for a client site...

http://steelpress.net/projects/rsf/test_layout.htm

You can see the js styled scroll bars top right but I need to check how the script degrades...(don't laugh) but I have no idea how to switch javascript off on a browser. I run full versions of IE7 and Chrome and either would be fine. Errrrm, any ideas anyone??

Open IE,
Go to Tools, select "Internet Options"
Select the "Security" tab
Click "Custom Level"
Scroll down and enable or disable the options you need to change.

Click on the "Default Level" button at the bottom of the window, instead of the "Custom Level" button, This will switch js back on.

You need the Web Developer toolbar for Firefox.

This toolbar has an incredible amount of web developer tools you'll need, or that will make development faster. Anyone else that reads this thread that does not have it, get it

Turning off JS, or images or CSS etc is a breeze. This is only 2% of the functionality of the toolbar.

This is a mandatory tool for development
