Default Image Absolute

Hi all, I am new to the forum and to DreamWeaver CS3. My current site was built using MS FrontPage. I am familiar with PS CS3, not sure if that will help. My question is this, how do I make an image absolute? when I inserted my image into the cell all I see is options for positioning left, right etc... In frontpage I was able to freely move my image as the top layer to get this effect:

http://wircs.whidbeyhost.com/ (upper right image of plane)

can someone please point me in the right direction. Thanks

you are using tables on your site. you will have better design control using divisions .put your image in an absolute div.

U will require something called CSS +Cascading Style Sheets+ to better control your images and text all around the web-pages.
