Default css conflict resolution

I'm in the process of testing out a template for my site and continue to experience an issue when previewing the page in Firefox 1.8.1.14 using Windows XP. The page in question is:

http://www.quittersblog.com/test/

The page displays fine in IE 6.0.2 but when viewed in FF the content div continues to be kicked down below the nav div instead of staying alongside. I have both divs floated left, Iíve scoured through the code to see if thereís anything Iím missing, and DWís compatibility check doesnít come back with anything. Any help would be appreciated!

That's a very old version of Firefox you are using.
Works fine in Firefox 3

Looks like described in my FF2 and Flock. jayne, try setting a width on #content, like 500px.

Default Thank you

Domedia,

You understood the issues I was having and your suggestion worked perfectly; I set specific box dimensions for each div and the issue is resolved. I appreciate you taking the time to review my test page - much appreciated!

Glad we could help.
Take notice of what has been said though and check your website stats.
For this forum website for example, the combined users of <FF2 is less than 0.4%, so it might be that you're testing with an irrelevant browser.
