Default Update to "Bringing .ai or eps image files into dwr"

I had excellent luck bringing the quark files into .ai via .eps format then into dwr for site development thank you all for that. I did not like however how the colors in the photos became washed out on the photos and that the font didn't remain.

Any Ideas, suggestions?

Ryan

convert your text to paths (erm what was it now- 'convert to outlines' or whatever it's called) in quark and you won't need to worry about that. how about if you just take a scvreen soh to the graphics??

I'm not sure how to perform a screen shot in quark, any suggestions? Text to paths I'm familiar with and have used in .ai but not in qrk as well.

you can download a screen capture application from http://www.download.com/
I use a very little application called AnanlogX Capture. Works just fine.

I'm using WinXP

use your print screen button (on your keyboard) and paste into your graphics app

in Quark 6 select the text with the content tool and then use:
style - text to box
