Default Record ID to pop up window

Hi

I am trying to pass the record id to a pop up window (open browser window in dreamweaver) the pop up window will display the larger product image when clicked on a thumbnail on the products page.

For the large image, I have created a page called image.php created a record set and filtered the product_id and inserted the image as data source, also on the thumbnail I applied the go to detail page and copied the link and pasted it to open window behaviour URL like this:

image.php?<?php echo $MM_keepURL.(($MM_keepURL!="")?"&":"")."product_id =".urlencode($row_RS_Products['product_id']) ?>

But the pop up window doesnt dispay the image.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks

Bert

Hi I had that trouble a while ago and I think that you might need the Smart Link in case javascript is disabled it will go to a complete page.
The link is: http://japan-interface.co.uk/webdesign/tools/
Hope that helps...the go to detail should work with that.

your link can be as simple as this

PHP Code:
image.php?id=<?php $row_RS_Products['product_id']; ?>
and you would catch the value of the pair by using a $_GET in the popup

PHP Code:
$ID $_GET['id'];
then in your popup $ID contains the passed value to do what you like with
