Default FTPIssues

I am uploading my site, however having problems with my ftp. I can connect to the site through ftp, and maintane a connection, however when I go to put site it acts as if it is copying the site however it displays 0 bytes of however many for every file. I have played with my anti-virus software and turned off firewalls, not sure of what to do next.

Thank You

Download it from here, http://www.smartftp.com/

Its easy to use and understand, although I think I had trouble with it at first, I would seriously recommend you download it, it is much better than the built in client for Dreamweaver. If I remember correctly dreamweaver doesn't allow you to see all the files within your website, with smartftp you can, so you don't have to synchronise every file on your site every time you upload something.

Thanks, I'll play around with it. However, if anyone knows a solution to this, that would be great.

You can also try CoreFTP, it's freeware (meaning free to use) and it is cut and dry, sets up like Dreamweaver only it actually works and wont time out or freeze.
