reduce height of spry vertical menu

I use spry vertical menu.
I able to change the width from 8em to 15em, because long text was wrapping around.
I want to reduce the height too, but can't find where to make the adjustment. Please help.

never mind, crazy me, change height in same box rule.

there is an effect that is, post your problem and it suddenly becomes clear wierd but it happens sometimes
