Looking for Best Photoshop Online Free Alternative

Hello, I am new to this forum. But it is not that i am not active in this forum,As i have learned lots of thing in this group but never registered.
I feel many people are very helpful here.
I am Looking to Edit some photos, And also resize some images of higher pixel to lower one. I am looking for some tools which are easy to use and seems to be the best Photoshop Alternative. I am already using GIMP before but seems to me too bulky. Other one i am using is other Photoshop free alternative which is same like pixlr, but better than pixlr.
Is there any other tool which can do the job. Mostly Looking browser based editor other than pixlr and toolpic editor.

Hi, still looking for a free online photo editor? I found fotor.com when I searched on google and been using it since 2015. It works great for me and I hope it helps!
