PHP template system

Hi,
I want to know how I would go about creating a system so that someone could log into an admin area, type in a few basic details, maybe a gallery and some videos and then click a create button and that page is automatically created.

Is there a programme or script out there that I could get or could it be possible to create one myself?

hi,
my php skills are basic and I can only really use php through dreamweaver server behaviors so couldnt write a script for what I want from scratch.

Just looking for a starting point on what kind of things I need to know in order to create such a script.

then you will need a premade scrpt, that often means some comromises along the way as it is rare to find exactly what you want.
yahoogle for cms systems maybe joomla components have close to what you want somewhere
