I am desperately trying to get hold of Dreamweaver CS6, don't mind paying that's not the issue just want a full version.

i think you can only get CC not cs6

Tamsin is right! You may download and install Dreamweaver CS6 full version for pc. Actually, there is a tutorial on how to do it at You Tube site.
