2 accordian panels wont open closed

I had to add a couple events and can not find an error causing events 3 and 6 to load open compared to the rest opening closed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Found it on my own. I copied another accordion and missed this on a few of them:

I hate to ask again but I am seeing the same problem again and havent been able to track down the error.

the spry panels load closed on the the home page and the events page (/events.php), but event5 opens on all others.

A fresh set of eyes would be greatly appreciated.
