Fixing URL on homepage

Hi All,

I have built a WP website and uploaded it to the server, with little issues.

The only issue (i can find) is the URL on the homepage. Instead of just being displayed as https://www.phoenixcreativemarketing.co.uk/ it displays as https://www.phoenixcreativemarketing...v=79cba1185463.

How do i remove the ?v=79cba1185463. after the dash from displaying in the URL?
