Default shopping cart required on current site

Hello,

Our company would like to have a shopping cart added to our website

I am currently in the process of building the site but my skills are just html and css. The shopping cart will need to be implemented into our current site.

We require the data base to be set up and the payment gateway too etc etc.

We host our own site with 1and1 and will require it all set up for us to upload it.

I have created the site in dreamweaver cs4 on a mac and i need to adjust the layout and static pages by myself in dreamweaver.

Our budget to have this working, with some training on how to change the prices etc is up to 1000.

please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding the job.

Thank you for your help in advanced.

i always go for prestashop, it has a great admin and the developers are very proactive with improving it , Being free helps of course. i tested a few shopping carts last year and to me this was way out in front.
it has a template system (smarty) but by making a copy of one and adapting the relevant tpl filr , the css file and image files in the image folder it is not too hard a job
