Default Transfering Spry Code to SharePoint 2007 Web Part

Has anyone had success with creating a spry menu in Dreamweaver and transferred the code and CSS files to a SharePoint 2007 Web Part? We are a corporate team that has little experience with Adobe. We have CS6 and heard there might be a way to create simple spry functionality then transfer this code and associated files to a content editor web part in SharePoint 2007. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
