Exclamation Spry menu hover not working! it has been impossible!

I have been designing this website and all of a sudden the text is not changing color anymore, when I rollover the text on the spry menu it keeps the same color for some reason.
this is the link http://kocinskilaw.com/NEW
Is anything corrupting the content on the menus? the horizontal and the vertical one turn the whole DIV background red which is perfect, but the text should be turning white and it doesn't. I know this is probably something really simple. This is the css code, which seems to be good but still it doesn't work.

this is the horizontal one:

@charset "UTF-8";

This rule:

Code:
#apDiv20 #MenuBar1 li div a {
    color: #333333;
}
Is overwriting the hover style for your top menu.

Adding the color: #333333 property to the ul.MenuBarVertical a.MenuBarItemSubmenu rule seems to be the problem for the vertical menu. Just delete the property.
