I have put in a Spry HorizontalMenuBar with a drop down menu and everything works great in Firefox but the drop down menu is horizontal in IE which is not what I want. I want my submenu to drop vertically under it's main page.

I have only put this spry Menu on my "Gallery" page so far, the other pages have regular coding & css for the navigation. I want all of them to be the Spry but I don't want to change them until I have this one figured out.

Here is my web page: http://www.lawnmanicurist.com/gallery.html

Thank you

I believe adding a width to the ul.MenuBarHorizontal ul rule (equal to the width of the submenu items) should do it.

Thanks, I have managed to get the submenu to show vertically, but now I am needing to clean it up a little, the right side does not line up nicely.

I have one other thing I am wanting to do to it - I want to show the page as active with a different color to indicate to the user what page they are on while they are visiting it.

in that case set a width for the ul.MenuBarHorizontal ul li style as well (it can be the same as the ul.MenuBarHorizontal ul width.

You could create an .active style rule and apply it to the appropriate link on each page.

I'm still having trouble getting the right side of my drop down menu to look complete.

And you also stated that I could make a .active style rule, the Spry already put this: ul.MenuBarActive
{
z-index: 1000;
}

I did add the active to the html for that page.

I'm just not getting anything to work.
