Default Problems with Spry tabs

I am building a page containing Spry tabs. I notice that when I press a certain tab, it is causing other tabs to change position.

Can anyone advise why and how to prevent it.

See http://www.travel-experience.net/tabtest.html

Press tab "4* hotels for FITs", and then the tab "Another Test hotel". Then the tabs seem to change position, with another tab appearing under it ...

Thanks for any advice ...

I discovered divs that are float:right; or float:left; (or anything that is not a table) is incapable of hard column-ing like tables. they wrap. what is probably happening is that some floated right element like an li is probably right-aligning to the next line because there is not enough space. give it more space in your css, and it should work. float causes weirdness when not handled properly if spry has implemented float in their tabbed menus (probably) you will mess up your menus by having it in your css, and guess what it's there.

typical monitors can display 960 pixels wide in browsers, so that is a good hard number to go by (for instance, if you have a 1024x768 monitor, some pixels of overhead are for the scroll bar and for the window edges).

your strong tags are a mess. clean them up.

after you have cleaned up the strong tags, in dreamweaver, commands, apply source formatting. things should look a lot better then.

then in the sprytabbedpanels.css file, comment out the float:left;, it's breaking your menu.

in the css it should be
Code:
.VTabbedPanels .TabbedPanelsContentGroup {
    clear: none;
    /*float: left;*/
    padding: 0px;
    width: 30em;
    height: 20em;
    border-right-style: solid;
}
