Default Spry Works in Template Preview but not linked pages

I am new to web design and need some assistance.

I created a horizontal spry menu bar in a template file. When I preview it in internet explorer it works, but when I preview a page it is applied to it does not "drop down" like it should. What am I missing.

Here is the code for my template page:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<!-- TemplateBeginEditable name="doctitle" -->
<title>Gregory, Inc. - Wide Format Graphics &amp; Graphics Material &amp; Equipment</title>
<!-- TemplateEndEditable -->
<link href="../favicon.ico" rel="icon" title="Gregory, Inc." type="image/vnd.microsoft.icon" />
<link href="../css/oneColFixCtrHdr.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

<link href="../css/CorpStyles.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<link href="../css/thrColFix.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<!--[if IE 5]>
<style type="text/css">
/* place css box model fixes for IE 5* in this conditional comment */
.masthd #masthdleft { width: 450px; }
.masthd #masthdright { width: 330px; }
<![endif]--><!--[if IE]>
<style type="text/css">
/* place css fixes for all versions of IE in this conditional comment */
.masthd #masthdmain { zoom: 1; }
/* the above proprietary zoom property gives IE the hasLayout it needs to avoid several bugs */
<style type="text/css">

It looks OK. So when you preview a page based on the template, does the menu look OK and just not work?

BTW, you have a style sheet for a three column layout AND single column layout attached to that document!
If my answer helped, check out DWcourse.com for Dreamweaver tips and tutorials.
