ITV Tonight's TV page Spry or what???

Hi All
I want to achieve the roll over effect that ITV have in their TV Guide. http://www.itv.com/TVGuide/default.html Is there a Dreamweaver or Spry tool for this? Or is their an extension?

Not sure if this should be listed here or in General. Moderators please move it if you deem fit.
