Default Spry ajax help

Alright, don't laugh!

I'm trying to create a Tell A Friend function, but I want to use the Spry collapsible panel. I've inserted the panel into my page and configured it and the content to look as I want. It's pretty cool.

The problem is the script I'm using doesn't inherit the URL from the page as it does when it's used without the ajax panel. Once the form is submitted it doesn't call the form function to actually send the email and load a thank you.

So, for the Dreamweaver specialists why doesn't the spry panel inherit the URL? Why won't the script function as it should and complete the actions (send email and display the thank you)? Is it possible?

Thanks a bunch!

spry is brand new, not sure if anyone here has had a chance to look at it yet.

Thanks for the reply. I'm aware it's new, but I know there are many versions of ajax. I was/am hoping someone/anyone had some experience with spry or ajax.

It's much less obtrusive than a fly in or opening another page. I guess I'm in over my head.
