Default Problems with background

The image I have posted shows how the background in my footer section stops (the blue bit at the bottom right of the picture is what I need to carry on - sorry its not to clear), I want it to repeat across the whole page though. I understand that footer is held within a wrapper and that wrapper is limited to a maximum pixel size, which in turn stops the footer background from carrying on. But how do I get around this issue?

Code:
        html {
	background-image:url(../images/bgTextures/texture.jpg);
	background-repeat: repeat;
        }
        body{
	background-image:url(../images/bgTextures/headbg.jpg);
	background-repeat: repeat-x;
        }
        #wrapper{
	max-width: 1200px;
	margin: 0 auto;
	width: 100%;
        }
        footer {
	position: relative;
	background-image: url(../images/bgTextures/bgfoot.jpg);
	background-repeat: repeat-x;
	min-height: 130px;
        }

        <div id="wrapper">
        <footer>
            <!--text-->
        </footer>
        </div>
