Default Spry submenu unstable

Hi,
I'm new to this forum, so hope someone can solve my problem.
The site in question is www.whittingtonchurch.co.uk The Contacts submenus work fine, but when hovering over the lower submenu buttons from Services, Vicar, etc you don't get the hand symbol to enable you to click them, and they tend to flicker. This happens in both IE and Chrome.

Here is the menu CSS -

And here is the menubar code itself -

Any help will be very much appreciated.
