To reduce files you basically take the code from each JS file and put it into one file. Same thing with the CSS.

Your JS code should be at the bottom of your page before the body close tag.

Glad to see you are using HTML5.

You need to make sure you set display:block in your CSS for each HTML5 tag. Header, Nav, Section, Article etc.
