Are there any resource's out there that could help with browser testing across all major boards , im mainly concerned with apple and safari mobile. I found "emulators" online but i suspect they still use your windows framework in some way as the result from a emulator is still nothing like on the real phone or tablet...

Im getting sick of asking my mates for their i phones after updates haha

Ive seen it around i havent tried, it but if you recommend it il give it a shot.

i dont think anywhere is perfect but they use various compurtes to get screen shots

yes ive read quite a few articles on it lastnight and and most people seem to agee on the getting it send to an actual devvice and returning screenshot. (short of buying the actual device you want to test on.) but there are just too many. http://caniuse.com/ i also discovered this nifty little tool.

yes ithats what browser shots does. if there is an issue it might be worth checking on an applead's device but i think that will get the job done

I've used https://www.browserstack.com/screenshots it's decent. Fast and has every browser available. Also has a free test.
