I have no idea why this is not working! This is what I have done.

1) created a folder in my main directory called "movies"
2) put my .mov file in the "movies folder
3) place curser where I want to embed movie.
4) from the insert tab select media then plugin
5) browse to my .mov and select it
6) set parameters to loop- true

When I view in "view in browser". I just see a big blank space where the movie is suppose to be with the QT logo and a question mark over it.

Here is a link: http://www.feverpitchsfx.com/sfx.html

Hopefully I am posting this in the right forum. I have not done any web work in years so I am sure there is something pretty obvious I am forgetting!

Also, it is my goal to have a fluid width for the video. Help me please!!! thanks!

is it audio or video? if audio you would be better using html5, if video then html 5 or youtube. not eveyone has quicktime - and even for those that do it doesn't work (not for me with quicktime installed).

also using tables to layout a site hasn't been done for many years now...

http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp will give you an intro into video/audio on the web
